fix: 뉴스 페이지 — 닫기 버튼 + 페이지네이션 + 상세 링크 + 본문 입력

- 미리보기 닫기 버튼 추가
- 페이지네이션 (30건 단위)
- "상세" 링크 → /documents/{id}
- "본문/메모 입력" → user_note 저장
- DocumentUpdate에 is_read 필드 추가
