feat(dashboard): tkfb 헤더 추가 + 오렌지 테마 통일

- 상단 오렌지 헤더 (사용자명/아바타/로그아웃/홈 버튼)
- 프로필 카드 그라데이션 blue→orange (#9a3412→#ea580c)
- 기존 tkfb 페이지들과 일관된 UI
