🐛 해결된 문제:
- SyntaxError: Unexpected keyword 'export' (api-config.js:46)
- API 함수를 로드할 수 없는 문제

🔧 수정 내용:
- export function getAuthHeaders() → function getAuthHeaders()
- export async function testApiConnection() → async function testApiConnection()
- 모든 ES6 모듈 문법 완전 제거

✅ 최종 결과:
- 모든 JavaScript 오류 해결
- window.apiCall 정상 로드
- 대시보드 완전 정상 작동
