merge: integrate remote v1 changes and resolve to v2

remote의 v1 업데이트(GPU 재구성, RAG, 버그 픽스 등 9커밋)를 merge.
v1 파일은 모두 삭제 (v1-final 태그에 보존됨).
v2 문서(CLAUDE.md, README.md, deploy.md, architecture.md)는 우리 버전 유지.
