chore(gitignore): host venv + 백업/롤백 스냅샷 패턴 추가

.venv/ (host venv, 76M), *.bak / *.pre-* / .pre-*/ (작업 전 백업).
git history가 source of truth이므로 working tree 백업은 ignore.
