fix: /login, /dashboard 301 무한루프 해소 — gateway 내부 프록시로 전환

tkfb.technicalkorea.net이 system1-web을 직접 가리키므로
자기 자신으로 301 리다이렉트 → 무한 루프 발생.
외부 리다이렉트 대신 gateway 컨테이너로 내부 프록시.
